Now You Know has a growing community of tens-of-thousands of students who learn new skills from our courses, enriching their knowledge and adding color and joy to their lives. As a customer experience specialist you’ll have to plug in daily in order to assist students and potential students, patiently assisting them to reach the best possible experience, turning them into advocates of Now You Know. As the person on the frontline you’ll be the company’s eyes and ears, and will work with the product and marketing teams to help improve our product and service.

  • Help students overcome problems and fully enjoy their courses
  • Communicate our course features and advantages to potential students
  • Monitor online comments and reviews and respond with NYK's tone and values
  • Identify critical pain points of our students and communicate it to relevant stakeholders 
  • Construct scalable processes that promote good user experiences, helping NYK to grow and scale our operations
