Backed by a strong ensemble of investors, Now You Know is well positioned for rapid growth within a booming e-learning industry. We are seeking a full time user acquisition specialist to join our team in Tel Aviv.
As a UA Specialist at Now You Know you will plan and execute online marketing campaigns on a variety of digital media channels and identify the best actions and channels to drive high-quality users and revenue for our online courses. In addition, you will be involved in the continuous improvement, development, and optimization of our prediction technology, as well as play a key role in course publishing decisions.
You will have the opportunity to grow the company's presence in all key performance marketing channels as well as establish new ones. You will be a critical part of the marketing team, work across multiple products and have a direct impact on the company's core operation.

Plan, execute, manage, expand and optimize performance-based marketing campaigns
Conduct A/B ad testing, reports and analysis to improve performance.
Research and identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with our Design and Content teams in order to develop and execute successful campaigns.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure the highest possible ROI and KPIs.
2+ years of hands-on experience with B2C paid campaigns management on Google and/or FB at a high scale.
Experience with other acquisition channels (such as DSPs, Native, other search/social channels) is an advantage
Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives and priorities
Analytical skills and experience working with large sets of data and numbers.
High level of English.
A self-starter with strong multi-tasking ability and close attention to detail.
Passionate about the Online Marketing field.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in exact science, marketing, business or other related fields - an advantage.
