About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM and retention manager to join our team. The CRM Manager will oversee all aspects of customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior and segmentation strategies and will be able to develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer LTV, improve retention rates, and optimize the customer journey to increase stickiness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies and initiatives to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage different communication channels (On-site Messaging, push notifications, emails, SMS, and more). 
  • Segment customers based on their behavior, preferences, and demographics to tailor communication and marketing strategies.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotions to nurture customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Implement automated marketing workflows and triggers to deliver personalized experiences throughout the customer journey.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and drive incremental improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of proven experience in CRM management, retention marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience with B2C activity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM or CDP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Klavyio, Braze) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and customer journey mapping.
  • A Can-do mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
