We are seeking a valiant User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team and develop effective user acquisition campaigns. 

As a User Acquisition Manager now you know, you will oversee and execute user acquisition strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data, Product, and Creative teams, to drive user acquisition efforts and maximize user growth and engagement across various platforms. This role aims to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth targets.

Who are you?

  • 3+ years of experience with advertising large scales on meta (other channels are an advantage)
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Fully up-to-date with the latest web and market trends
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Above all else, you are bright, kind, and goal-oriented.


What You'll Do:

  • Plan, execute, monitor, identify opportunities, and optimize UA efforts across channels.
  • Analyze and continually optimize large-scale campaigns to maximize ROAS, Spend, and meet relevant KPIs
  • Adapt quickly to changes in online marketing and integrate new technologies into your effort
  • Collaborate on your campaigns with the creative, design, BI, and copywriting teams
  • Set up and maintain an ongoing schedule of experiments - a constant process of ideation, implementation, and optimization.
  • Utilize internal analytics, experiments, and landing page tools to optimize marketing campaigns.
